Eleven


11 Meats... no, 11 varieties of pork... argh, well at least 11 recipes for locally grown pig. Starting at 10 o'clock going clockwise: fresh chorizo, mortadella, jaggerwurst, rosette, ginger, soprassatta, salami, genoa, spanish chorizo, peperoni, and in the middle; speck. We have at least three more to add to the list... just a matter of time.
