...Why start with one ham.

 

After a long hiatus... and some moving, the pig cave has found a new home. We started about two months ago, then disater struck... or stuck. The solonoid on the new pig cave stuck and turned the first batch into frozen sticks of pig. With the problem fixed and a new alarm system to keep us informed in case anything goes wrong again... we are at it again. The first batch of hams just got hung a week ago and looks promising. 380 lbs of ham on new racks built by the caves' new host. Thanks gentlemen. Hopefully posts will be more frequent, but here's to edible swinging meat in a new home... SALUTE!
